Ongoing: Knitting
Each year we give away approximately 1500 Christmas parcels to seafarers docking in the Port of Montreal.
Do you like to knit? All year long we accept your donations of warm clothes (i.e. tuques, scarves, gloves and socks) to add to our parcels. A warm seafarer is a happy seafarer!

Day of the Seafarer
The 2025 Day of the Seafarer will spotlight the need to create safe, inclusive work environments worldwide, paving the way for a new IMO campaign against violence and harassment—persistent issues that impact the well-being and productivity of maritime workers.
Come on by the Seafarers’ Centre for a free buffet dinner.
